The Data Controller is a licensed brokerage firm that helps buyers and sellers transact real estate properties. As part of its role as a real estate agent, the Data Controller has to match the search requests received by property investors with the assets sold by property owners. The trading opportunities are filtered using a high amount of data that Real Asset Network collects from public and private sources and analyses with various digital programs.
Pursuing the Article 24 of the GDPR, the Data Controller will determine the purposes of Personal Data processing.
