1. The Website and its Administrator
The website www.realasset.network (the “Website”) is managed by Real Asset Network s.r.l. (the “Administrator”), an Italian company with registered office and headquarters in Via Nazario Sauro n°6, Legnano (Milan), VAT number 12587290961.
The Administrator is a licensed real estate brokerage who assists professional buyers and sellers in transacting properties, typically of large sizes, in urban and leisure Italian locations. Depending on our clients’ requirements the assistance can be limited to the deal origination phase or be extended to the entire buying and selling process until the deal is closed. Each agreement we make with a buying or selling client is customized to their specific needs, hence we do not make use of any standard forms or contracts.
Properties we broker mainly range from hospitality real estate assets (such as hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, vacation rental properties, camping and tourist villages, historic properties, etc..) to residential large homes and buildings (e.g. luxury or mass-market multi-family homes, student accommodation and seniors housing) and development (greenfield and brownfield) or redevelopment (conversion, transformation and regeneration) projects. The Administrator can also assist with other real estate deals involving mixed-use developments office, retail and industrial properties, as well as agriculture, energy and healthcare-related real assets.
2. Users
Given the business nature of the Website, we expect our users to be either corporations or professionals directly or indirectly linked to the real estate market. In fact buyers and sellers we interact with are typically private equity real estate funds and other institutional investors, asset managers, family offices, property developers, financial institutions, real estate and hospitality companies, as well as other types of public or private companies. Some of the investors are active and manage properties by themselves (renovating the assets, conducting the repairs, directly managing the units or finding the tenants and renting out their properties), while others are more passive, retaining the ownership of the asset but not taking interest in managing its day to day affairs. In addition, a central piece of our network has been our community of demand and sourcing partners who have been helping us increase the number of the above mentioned buyers and sellers. Our community is not only open to real estate brokers or property experts but also welcomes many different types of firms and professionals, such as lawyers, accountants, architects, notaries, private bankers and more.
3. Introduction
The conditions and terms specified below apply to the content of the entire Website and, together with any page or document to which such terms and conditions may refer, constitute the terms and conditions according to which the Administrator allows the use of the Website.
Access to the contents of the Website is subject to the careful reading and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (interchangeably called the “Terms” or the “Conditions”). Use of the Website implies full acceptance of these Conditions. Real Asset Network is the exclusive owner of the contents of the Website, including but not limited to texts, documents, images, logos, photographs, page layout, design, know-how; some of the aforementioned contents may be covered by copyrights, trademarks, patents, models and / or other industrial and intellectual property rights recognized by Italian and international law. No content of the Website can be considered as licensed by Real Asset Network or as the object of any other right of use by users and / or third parties.
The User is allowed to print or download parts of the Site provided that:
- no document or graphic element of the Site is modified in any way;
- no graphic element of the Site is used separately from the reference text;
- The role of the Administrator, as the author of the material published on the Site, must always be evident.
Except for what has been set out above, no part of the Site may be reproduced or stored on any other website or included in any system of storage and search for information or provision of services, without the prior consent of the Administrator.

6. User behaviour
With the exception of personal data that will be treated in compliance with the Privacy Policy, any material, content, etc. transmitted or inserted on the Website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Therefore, the Administrator assumes no obligation with respect to such information and materials and will be deemed authorized to acquire copies, transmit, disclose, use such materials, both for commercial purposes and for different purposes.
The User undertakes not to insert or transmit in or from the Website any material:
